When it comes to making desserts, especially in the summer I am always looking for quick and easy recipes and ones that do not involve cooking/baking. So when I came across a pin on Pinterest for cheesecake stuffed strawberries, I was on the look for a way to make it into a no-bake recipe.

Adding a little no-baked cheesecake to your strawberries to make no-baked cheesecake stuffed strawberries makes for a great dessert for any occasion.

No-Bake Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Although this is an easy recipe to make, you do have to be careful because they are addicting. They are so delicious that your family will be asking you to make them all the time! If you want to get even fancier with them than try drizzling a little chocolate over the top of them.

No-Bake Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Container Strawberries; larger ones work better Depending on the size of strawberries you may use more or less than others
  • 1 Container extra creamy whipped cream I got a regular size container
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Package Jell-O pudding cheesecake flavored

Instructions
 

  • Cut off the stems of the strawberries and slice an X into the strawberry.
    1 Container Strawberries; larger ones work better
  • Mix the whipped cream, cream cheese, vanilla, and Jell-O pudding mixture together until fully mixed.
    1 Container extra creamy whipped cream, 8 oz cream cheese, 1-1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1 Package Jell-O pudding
  • Place mixture into a cake/cookie decorator bag and fill strawberries with the cheesecake mixture.

You can make the cheesecake mixture early and keep in the refrigerator until ready to make your cheesecake stuffed strawberries. If you make the strawberries early be sure to keep the refrigerator to keep them as fresh as possible, but I would not make them more than a few hours early.  You can also use the cheesecake mixture as a dip for many fruits.

These are great to make for a summer get-together or other party you might be attending. They are easy to make, easy to transport to where you may be heading, and you can even have everything all ready to make them and bring the ingredients to another location and finish making them there.
