1BoxPillsbury pie crust
Peel and cut the apples into 1/2" pieces, you do not have to peel the apples I just prefer them peeled.
Combine apples with the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well mixed.
Unroll the pie crust and cut several circles out of them, you can use the mouth of a mason jar or the mason jar lid (wide mouth jar) for the perfect size. Place one circle over each muffin cup and gently push down to form a cup.
Fill each cup with the apple mixture, gently pressing down to get the crust all the way to the bottom.
Place one portion of butter onto each pie and place any additional crust on the top as you wish.
Brush melted button on top of pies and bake for about 20 minutes at 400°.
